To create a new email account go to your hosting account (Hosting -> My Hosting Services in the menu bar above). Tap the package you'd like to create an email for.

Here you can quickly login to the Email section of cPanel using the Email Accounts button.


Note: you can Quick Create an email from this screen but it won't show any details on how to setup the account. Once you're used to setting up email this is a great way of adding more addresses easily.


If you're already in cPanel just hit the Email Account button in the Email section.

Once in the email accounts in cPanel follow these steps.

  1. Enter the name you'd like for the email account - if you have more than one domain on your account you can select which one here
  2. Choose a password - a strong password is required so make sure you include at least one number and symbol
  3. Select a mailbox limit - the default is 250MB but you can change this or make it unlimited
  4. Press Create Account 
  5. Your account will now appear in the Email Accounts list - select Set Up Mail Client to see setup information
  6. You can download the configuration for your favourite email client or use the Manual Settings to add your new account to a device

We recommend setting up your account as IMAP instead of POP3 - IMAP syncs email and read statuses when accessing from multiple devices.
